From the Treasurer – to avoid confusion please read

This season you will receive 2 emails regarding your player registration. Unfortunately I have no control over these emails. They are sent from the Hockey WA system when you are registered as playing.

1. Club Registration

One email will be your registration with Rockingham Hockey Club and will look like below :

Below is a confirmation and invoice for your recent online registration application.

2. Hockey WA registration

The second email will be your registration with Hockey WA as per the explanation below :

In 2017, Hockey WA has implemented the Shared Subscriptions model available in the OneSport Technology (OST) database (formerly known as Hockeynet) as part of the membership registration process for the upcoming winter hockey season.
Please note, the Shared Subscriptions that Hockey WA has introduced is purely designed to ease the administrative burden in managing their competitions and to assist with their annual reporting requirements to Hockey Australia. Importantly, there will not be any fee or administration surcharge.

For administrative purposes, the Shared Subscriptions will be linked to the Hockey WA Metro Competition structure as well as any regional associations who are using the OST Competitions module in 2017. Thus, any participant who does not hold a valid state Shared Subscription, will be ineligible for selection on any online match cards.
